Coo Clayton is a primary teacher and author living in Edinburgh. She
attended Madras College and trained as a teacher in Edinburgh. She
wrote the books Maggie's Magical Islands (2020), Maggie's
Mittens (2017) and Maggie's Monsters (2018) which are
aimed at children aged 2 - 7 years old. They are Scottish themed picture
books and focus on a young girl (called Maggie) travelling around
Scotland.
She runs storytelling sessions using props including puppets to bring
the stories to life and has visited schools, nurseries, libraries and
festivals all over Scotland. |
